Privacy statement

When you contact me, I may process your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, position and any information you provide in your message.

Personal or confidential information may be discussed during a coaching engagement. I handle this carefully and only record what is necessary to deliver the coaching.

Personal data is processed for:

• responding to questions and contact requests;
• planning and conducting introductory conversations and coaching;
• communication relating to an engagement;
• administration, invoicing and legal obligations.

Depending on the situation, processing is based on performing or preparing an agreement, a legal obligation or a legitimate interest.

I do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with service providers when necessary for services such as hosting, email, scheduling, administration or invoicing. Appropriate data-protection arrangements are made where required.

I do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention period applies.

What is discussed during coaching is treated confidentially. Information from conversations is not shared with an employer, client or other third party without consent, unless required by law.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. In certain situations, you may also object to its processing or request that processing be restricted.
